About: Harmony Senior Services is seeking a Server to courteously serve resident and guest meals, as well as perform clean-up and resetting of the dining room post-meal service. Responsibilities encompass maintaining a good knowledge of dining room and kitchen procedures, assisting residents with orders, providing beverage service, adhering to proper serving techniques, and attending in-services and staff meetings.
Requirements: Must have a high school diploma or GED; be in clean designated uniform with good personal hygiene; read and follow simple instructions; perform simple, repetitive tasks; learn quickly and apply learned principles; communicate effectively; work under close supervision; bend, reach, grasp, push, and pull objects; stand and walk for sustained periods; lift 50 lbs regularly and carry heavy objects; be organized and work well with team members; work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
