About: Merriman’s Honolulu, a restaurant dedicated to providing the best guest experience through great food, drinks, and service, is looking for Servers to join their team.
Requirements: Passion for food, wine, and the restaurant concept; Extensive knowledge of local products, farms, and farmers; Ability to present menu items and daily specials eloquently; Basic knowledge of common food allergies; Extensive knowledge of wine, cocktails, and beverage pairings; Minimum of 1-year experience as a server in a full-service restaurant; Ability to handle all special requests and resolve guest complaints professionally
