About: Maldo’s Steak and Ocean, a renowned fine dining restaurant located in Houston, TX, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Server to join their team. The Server will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a delightful dining experience for guests. Responsibilities also include maintaining cleanliness, processing payments, and assisting with special events and requests at the restaurant.
Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of fine dining experience; Knowledge of menu items and ability to provide recommendations; Proficiency in handling payment transactions; Ability to maintain cleanliness and adherence to health and safety standards; Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks; Previous experience in a similar role is a plus; Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays; TABC Certification; Food Handlers Certification
