About: World Cafe Live, a vibrant hub for independent live music in Philadelphia, invites over 150,000 people annually, supporting emerging and established artists while offering great food and beverages daily. They are preparing to re-open this fall with a focus on civic engagement, accessibility, and creating a positive experience for all employees, artists, and guests.
Requirements: Minimum of two years of experience in high-volume hospitality service; ability to work for 8 hours in a row and lift 50lbs; availability to work flexible hours primarily including nights and weekends
Benefits: Hourly part-time position for approx. 15-35 hours a week, Base hourly rate of $7.25/hour for a la carte service and $23/hour for catering service (plus any additional tips), Additional benefits available with full-time status after an average of 28 hours/week
