About: The Melting Pot, located at 5834 S Flamingo Rd, is currently seeking a Restaurant Server/Team Member with full-time and flexible part-time schedules available. As a Server at The Melting Pot, the role involves promoting positive guest relations, suggestive selling of wine and food products, following service sequences, serving products according to standards, establishing a hospitable rapport with guests, complying with local alcoholic beverage laws, accounting for all served products, exceeding guest expectations, and performing opening, running, and closing sidework assignments.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience as a server preferred
