Requirements: Two (2) to three (3) years of experience as a server, Fine Dining experience preferred; Food handling certificate where applicable; Certificate in alcoholic awareness program where applicable; Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills; Strong communication and teamwork skills; Strong organization and time management skills; Able to resolve problems of dissatisfied customers and/or employees; Minimum of 18 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages and 21 to pour
