About: West Hills Village Senior Residence is seeking a dedicated Server to play a crucial role in ensuring the satisfaction of residents and creating a welcoming dining environment in our community, promoting a sense of home for our residents. The Server will be responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences, taking meal orders, and serving food and beverages with Platinum Service standards.
Requirements: Capable of performing the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodations; Ability to understand and communicate written and verbal directions; Regular attendance, reliability, and punctuality are necessary; Outstanding customer service skills; Well-organized with excellent attention to detail; Ability to work independently with excellent time management skills; Previous serving and/or hospitality experience preferred
