Position: Server job
About: La Cocina Mexicana is currently seeking a Server to join their team. The Server will be responsible for taking food and beverage orders, delivering orders, ensuring guest satisfaction, maintaining table appearance, presenting payment checks, and following company policies and procedures to provide top-quality customer service. This non-exempt position typically reports to the Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, or General Manager based on local requirements.
Requirements: Must meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages; at least 6 months of closely related serving experience preferred; ability to interact in a friendly and outgoing manner; capable of lifting/moving up to 20 lbs; proficient in walking, bending, twisting, and standing; good communication skills; able to follow instructions and policies; comfortable with customer interaction and water-based tasks
