Requirements: Arrives to work on time in full uniform; Greets guests warmly and follows service steps; Serves alcohol responsibly and handles food with care; Maintains cleanliness and organization; Strong communication and teamwork skills; Ability to multitask and handle cash transactions; Basic reading, writing, and POS software operation skills; Minimum age of 18 years old (or as dictated by state law)
