Requirements: At least 1 year of experience in a FOH service environment (Food Service, waiter, waitress) as service or management personnel; positive, proactive, constructive teamwork attitude; good math skills and ability to operate a POS system; clear and effective communication with managers, employees, guests, and purveyors; ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 10 hours); reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 50 pounds; ability to move and process information quickly
