Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; Previous restaurant experience preferred; Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine, wine, and service etiquette; Friendly and customer-focused attitude; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and versatile in handling various guest requests; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds; Must be at least 18 years old
