About: The Melting Pot is a restaurant located at 3685 E Thousand Oaks Blvd. They are currently hiring for a Restaurant Server/Team Member position with full-time and flexible part-time schedules available. As a Server at The Melting Pot, responsibilities include promoting positive guest relations, suggestive selling of wine and food products, following service sequences, serving products according to standards and procedures, establishing a professional and hospitable rapport with each guest, complying with local alcoholic beverage laws, accounting for every product served, exceeding guests’ expectations, and performing opening, running, and closing sidework assignments.
