Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; 1+ years of experience in serving; ability to walk, stand, and carry heavy trays; friendly, attentive attitude; knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and food; minimum age to serve alcohol; passion for providing high-quality service; compliance with all local, state, and federal liquor laws; willingness to work at peak hours including evenings, holidays, and weekends.
