About: Santa Diabla, a Mexican cantina redefined for modern customer needs and desires, is seeking a Server to join their team. The concept is inspired by Grupo Orraca Restauranteros’ 30 years of excellence in food, drinks, and service, aiming to bring traditional Mexican dishes and avant-garde mixology to Texas.
Requirements: Ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced work environment; ability to listen, understand, and respond to team member and guest requests in a loud environment; skill and coordination when using hands to write, pour, and carry several drinks, plates, and bowls at the same time; must be able to work well as part of a team; ability to stand for long periods of time and carry heavy food trays (45 pounds approximately); sales techniques
