About: The Melting Pot is a restaurant located at 1410 Colonial Life Blvd W, Ste 130. They are currently seeking a Restaurant Server/Team Member with full-time and flexible part-time schedules available. As a Server at The Melting Pot, responsibilities include promoting positive guest relations, suggestive selling of wine and food products, following service sequences, serving products according to standards, establishing professional rapport with guests, complying with local alcohol laws, accounting for all products served, exceeding guests’ expectations, and performing opening, running, and closing side work assignments.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience in a restaurant setting preferred
