About: The Greene Turtle is seeking a dedicated Server to provide an exceptional dining experience for each guest. The server is expected to be a team player, assisting in all aspects of guest dining with timeliness and a positive attitude. Knowledge of the menu offerings and a commitment to safety and cleanliness are paramount at The Greene Turtle.
Requirements: Follow all steps of service set forth by The Greene Turtle; Ensure identifications are properly reviewed before serving any alcoholic beverages; Complete all training set forth by The Greene Turtle Training Department; Have an extensive knowledge of all food and drinks served by The Greene Turtle; Have an extensive knowledge of food preparation; Adhere to all safety and sanitation specifications set forth by The Greene Turtle; Perform all side work set by the restaurant before, during, and after shifts; Perform daily, weekly, monthly cleaning activities assigned by the management team; Maintain a clean and safe working environment; Maintain performance standards and motivate team through positive role modeling; Perform any additional responsibilities as asked by a manager at any time
