Requirements: Education: High school grad or equivalent; Cheerful Personality; People Skills; Experiences: Some experience in serving or a related field. Working Conditions: Servers often work on their feet, interacting closely with residents while serving meals and maintaining a clean dining environment. This role involves adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure residents’ well-being. While it can be physically demanding, it offers meaningful interactions and the satisfaction of providing quality service to senior residents. Physical Demands: Servers will need to stand and walk frequently, carry trays and supplies, bend, reach, lift, and more. This role requires mobility and physical fitness to provide efficient service to residents.
