About: The Capital Grille, located at 10 Memorial Blvd, is looking for a Restaurant Server/Dining Room Staff/Team Member to join their team. As a Server at The Capital Grille, you’ll demonstrate genuine hospitality while delivering an exceptional dining experience by guiding guests through menus, demonstrating thorough knowledge of food, beverages, and ingredients, taking accurate orders, partnering with team members to serve food and beverages, and providing friendly and attentive service that makes guests feel well taken care of.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; strong knowledge of food, beverages, and ingredients; experience in a restaurant setting preferred; excellent communication and interpersonal skills
