Requirements: 1-2 years of experience as a Server; strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a fast-paced and high-volume environment; basic knowledge of food and beverage service, including beer, wine, and cocktail pairings; must be at least 18 years of age; fluent and fully conversational in English; must become TIPS certified within 90 days of employment; able to lift up to 35 lbs.; must be able to stand for extended periods, stoop, kneel, and crouch; must be available to work varied hours and days, including nights, weekends, holidays, and bad weather conditions; must be flexible
