About: Ruby Tuesday, a well-known restaurant located at 120 Glimcher Realty Way, is seeking a dedicated Restaurant Server/Wait Staff to provide exceptional food and beverage service to all guests following the CHARM service model.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience as a server or in food service preferred; knowledge of the menu to explain offerings, make recommendations, and suggestively sell to guests; accurate order-taking skills using MICROS system; ability to deliver food promptly and provide excellent customer service by checking back with guests, offering refills, and prebus stations
