About: Ruby Tuesday is a restaurant located at 2535 23rd Ave S and is currently looking for a Restaurant Server/Wait Staff to join their team. As a Server at Ruby Tuesday, you will be responsible for providing prompt and friendly food and beverage service to all guests, following the CHARM service model. You will also need to learn the menu, explain offerings, make recommendations, and suggestively sell to guests. Accuracy in order taking and timely input into the MICROS system are essential, along with delivering food, checking back with guests, providing refills, and prebus stations. Immediate hiring.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience as a server/wait staff preferred; strong customer service skills; ability to learn menu details and upsell effectively; excellent communication and interpersonal skills
