Position: Server job
About: IHOP is seeking motivated and customer-oriented Servers to join their team. As an IHOP Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by greeting, taking orders, and serving diners, ensuring a high-quality dining experience. The role involves standing for up to 8 hours, lifting and moving up to 25 pounds, and maintaining full mobility of hands and arms for repetitive tasks. Servers are also expected to carry out additional duties as needed in line with company and regulatory guidelines.
