Requirements: Must provide a minimum of 2 years full-service restaurant experience or the equivalent; proficiency in menu, wine list, liquor list, and special drinks; adept at accounting procedures and understanding the layout of the restaurant including table and station numbers; must be punctual, courteous, patient with guests, able to handle constructive criticism, work well with co-workers, maintain a clean and professional appearance, stand and walk for extended periods, transport food safely over varied surfaces, work nights, weekends, and holidays
