About: SSP America operates several restaurants throughout the Salt Lake City International Airport. Their portfolio includes local favorites like Rooster’s Brewing, Uinta Brewing, Sunday’s Best, Panda Express, and Blue Lemon.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum legal age to serve alcohol; experience in a bar or restaurant setting preferred; strong knowledge of food, beverages, and services; accurate order input into POS system; ability to anticipate and respond to guest needs; proficiency in clearing tables and handling payments
