About: Golden Corral, a popular family-style restaurant chain known for its buffet and grill offerings, is seeking dedicated individuals to join their team as Wait Staff / Team Members. As a Server at Golden Corral, you will ensure guest satisfaction, promote return visits by following the Eight Steps of Service, maintain a welcoming environment for all guests, anticipate guest needs, demonstrate enthusiasm and knowledge about new products and promotions, support teamwork among servers, and execute opening and closing procedures and side work duties.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role preferred; exceptional customer service skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; strong communication and interpersonal abilities
