About: Mr. Hospitality, a renowned establishment in Miami, is seeking a dedicated and professional Server to provide exceptional customer service in a dynamic dining environment. The Server plays a crucial role in ensuring guests have a memorable experience through attentive and knowledgeable service, adhering to the high standards set by the restaurant. This position requires maintaining a clean work area and upholding company procedures at all times for a top-notch dining experience at Mr. Hospitality.
Requirements: General knowledge of food and beverage preparation, service standards, guest relations, and etiquette as per Mr. Hospitality’s SOPs; fluency in English required, Spanish language skills a plus; self-motivated, resourceful, and capable of multitasking under pressure; previous serving experience in a high-volume luxury segment; excellent customer service skills; ability to obtain necessary food handling or alcohol serving certifications; familiarity with table, seat, room capacity, and restaurant operations; physically capable of lifting up to 35 pounds and standing for entire shifts
