Position: Server job
About: TGI Fridays, located in Baltimore, MD at Mondawin Mall, is seeking a dedicated Server to deliver exceptional service by customizing the dining experience according to guest expectations.
Requirements: Must be able to deliver plates and food, clear tables; Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs; Must be able to hear well in loud background noise; Must be dressed neatly and well-groomed in company-approved uniform at all times; Must be able to operate POS system, handle change and credit card transactions accurately; Must be able to respond calmly to angry guests and notify a Manager; Must be able to communicate effectively with hearing-impaired and sight-impaired guests; Must be able to stand, walk, reach, bend, stoop, and maintain cleanliness throughout shifts
