Requirements: Arrives to work on time in full uniform; Greets guests warmly and follows defined service steps; Provides highest level of service adhering to company standards; Serves alcohol according to regulations; Works with team members to fulfill guest needs promptly; Ensures menu knowledge and food handling safety; Maintains cleanliness, organization, and notifies management of any issues promptly; Follows safety and sanitation protocols throughout the shift; Supports other front of house functions and communicates effectively with the team; Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, handle cash, and operate POS software; Must be a minimum of 18 years old; Sets up team members for success at shift change; Able to perform job functions with reasonable accommodation including standing for extended periods, bending, lifting up to 20 lbs, and communicating effectively in a noisy environment
