About: South Suburban Parks and Recreation is dedicated to promoting healthy living through the management of various recreational facilities and programs. Serving residents in multiple counties, the organization operates multiple recreational centers, golf courses, pools, ice centers, and more, spanning a wide range of activities and services.
Requirements: Must be eighteen (18) to serve alcoholic beverages; Possess a professional and welcoming demeanor at all times and demonstrate excellent communication skills; Be a team player with a ‘can-do’ attitude to deliver 100% guest satisfaction; Preferably has previous customer service experience; Previous bartending and/or server experience strongly preferred; Working knowledge of beer, wine, liquor, and common drink recipes; Possess basic math skills, have the ability to handle money, and operate a point-of-sale system; Understanding of beverage and Food Handling policies and procedures; Alcohol certification (TIPS) a plus; Flexibility to work a variety of shifts
