Position: Server job
About: Ruby Tuesday, a popular casual dining restaurant chain known for its welcoming and friendly atmosphere, is seeking a dedicated Server to provide exceptional food and beverage service following the CHARM service model. The Server will be responsible for meeting or exceeding sales objectives set by management.
Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age (some states may require 21 for alcohol service); High School Diploma or High School equivalency preferred; No prior work experience required; Ability to understand and provide friendly guest service; Desire to work as part of a team; Flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays; Understanding and compliance with food handling and serving techniques and regulations; Proficiency in cash handling and credit card processing; Ability to operate a computer, calculator, and phone; Attention to detail, good organizational skills, and efficient time management; Professional attitude, effective communication and listening skills; Adaptability to fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environments
