About: The Melting Pot on 2121 Pacific Ave is currently looking for a Restaurant Server/Team Member with full-time and flexible part-time schedules available. As a Server at The Melting Pot, the role involves promoting and maintaining positive guest relations, suggestively selling wine and food products, following all service sequences, serving products according to standards and procedures, establishing professional and hospitable rapport with each guest, complying with local alcoholic beverage laws, accounting for every product served, exceeding guests’ expectations, and performing opening, running, and closing sidework assignments.
