About: Join our Team at the Adobe Clubhouse at the Arizona Biltmore Golf Club! We are looking for enthusiastic and service-oriented individuals to join our team at the Adobe Clubhouse at the Arizona Biltmore Golf Club in Central Phoenix. Our establishment offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner in a welcoming golf club atmosphere with a focus on creating unforgettable dining experiences for members and guests. In addition to our Restaurant and Market, we host a variety of banquets and events.
Requirements: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); two to three years related server experience and/or training preferred; experience working at banquet events helpful but willing to provide training. Possess strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, time management skills, teamwork and collaboration abilities, strong communication skills, flexibility, ability to remain calm under pressure, and knowledge of food handling regulations. Required computer skills include the ability to use Point of Sale (POS) System and employee self-service on company’s human resources/payroll database. Must have a valid driver’s license for potential use of golf carts, unexpired Arizona food and liquor certifications. Must meet age requirements to handle and serve alcoholic beverages (at least 19 years of age).
