As a Hotel Restaurant Server at Santa Monica Proper Hotel, you play a pivotal role in ensuring guests have an exceptional dining experience while maintaining the highest standards of service.
Requirements: At least 2 years of experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant environment; CA Food Handler’s Card required; ABC/RBS Certification required; Certification or training in wine service, bartending, or mixology, with a strong understanding of beverage preparation techniques and drink recipes; Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and upholding service standards; Excellent interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for hospitality, with the ability to anticipate and exceed guest expectations; Willingness to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to accommodate the needs of the restaurant and its guests
