About: Located at The Fountains in Plantation, TooJay’s New York-style Deli is seeking Servers to join their team. Since 1981, TooJay’s has been a fan favorite across Florida, known for piled-high sandwiches, homemade comfort foods, and made-from-scratch soups, salads, and baked goods. The restaurant values hiring friendly, motivated individuals who contribute to providing Simply Great Food and Simply Great Experiences for each guest.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; experience in a full-service restaurant or related field; ability to work flexible and long hours; physical stamina to stand during entire shift, lift up to 40 pounds, maneuver throughout the dining and kitchen areas, reach overhead, carry trays, handle hot and cold beverages, and bend below the waist; excellent communication and customer service skills; adherence to cleanliness and COVID-19 protocols including maintaining high touch point hygiene and personal grooming standards
