About: IHOP, located on Southgate Road in Colorado Springs, is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Servers to join their dynamic team. The servers play a crucial role in providing guests with exceptional dining experiences by delivering friendly service, efficiently taking orders, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their visit. Requirements: Previous experience as a server or in a customer service role is preferred but not required; strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and positive attitude; ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment; basic math skills for handling cash and processing payments; must be at least 18 years old and able to obtain any necessary permits or certifications required; ability to stand, walk, and carry food trays for extended periods; flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
