In this role, you’ll undergo comprehensive paid training to master the skills necessary for delivering an exceptional dining service. Your responsibilities will include supporting mealtimes such as breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner, aligning with our community’s dining schedule. Typically, breakfast commences around 7 am, lunch around 11 am, and dinner around 4:30 pm, concluding by 7:30 pm. As a Server, you’ll not only contribute to daily dining but also engage in special events, have the chance to work across various dining venues, and earn holiday pay for major holidays worked.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in the food and service industry preferred; passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences; ability to work mealtimes aligning with the community’s schedule; strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
