About: The Wolfgang Puck Group is seeking a Front Server to provide exceptional dining experiences to guests. This role involves delivering prompt and courteous food and beverage service with attention to detail, utilizing knowledge and hospitality skills to enhance guest interactions.
Requirements: Education: High School Diploma or general education degree (GED); Required Experience: Minimum 2 years fine dining food and beverage server experience, Previous POS system experience, Excellent knowledge of fine dining room and service procedures, Ability to work in a standing position for long periods, Open availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays; Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills, Ability to work well under pressure, Outstanding guest service skills, Clear communication skills, Basic math skills and cash handling ability, Professional presentation and positive attitude
