About: Ruby Tuesday is seeking a dedicated Server to provide prompt and friendly food and beverage service following the CHARM service model, contributing to a welcoming and teamwork-based environment. The Server will be responsible for explaining the menu, suggestive selling, accurate order taking, delivery of food, and ensuring guest satisfaction by promptly addressing needs and requests throughout their visit. Adherence to alcohol serving policies and professionalism in communication with guests and team are essential.
Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age; High School Diploma or High School equivalency preferred; Ability to understand and provide friendly guest service; Desire to work as part of a team; Flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays; Knowledge of proper food handling and serving techniques as well as federal, state, and local serving regulations; Proficiency in cash handling, credit card transactions, and basic computer operations; Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management; Effective communication skills in a fast-paced environment; Physical requirements include standing or walking for extended periods, lifting items up to 50 lbs, and tolerating temperature changes and exposure to water and cleaning solutions.
