About: Ballast Hospitality is currently seeking a detail-oriented, reliable, and experienced supervisor to join their growing team. This position plays a key role in managing all aspects of the restaurant business to deliver a high-quality guest experience and motivate staff for excellent customer service. The supervisor will be responsible for maintaining quality and increasing profitability, requiring exceptional management skills and a strong understanding of customer service. Front and back of house experience is a plus.
