About: The Wolfgang Puck Group is seeking a Front Server to provide exceptional dining experiences for guests. The role involves taking food and beverage orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness, and delivering outstanding customer service in a fine dining environment.
Requirements: High School Diploma or general education degree (GED); Minimum 2 years fine dining food and beverage server experience; Previous POS system experience; Excellent knowledge of fine dining room and service procedures and functions; Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time; Open availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays; Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills; Ability to work well under pressure; Outstanding guest service skills; Clear and effective communication skills (verbal & written); Basic math skills and ability to handle money and operate a cash register and POS system; Professional presentation and positive attitude
