Position: Server job
About: A restaurant in need of a Server with a strong understanding of the company’s core values to ensure guests have a delightful dining experience with Char Bar Hospitality. The ideal candidate should be proficient in serving guests in a timely manner and guiding them through the menu selections and dining experience.
Requirements: Ability to operate POS system, handle transactions accurately, and reconcile cash at the end of each shift; Capable of standing/walking for 6 to 8 hours per shift; Proficient in reaching, lifting, and bending frequently; Able to carry plates, food, and clear tables weighing up to 30lbs; Must be able to read and write in English, communicate effectively with guests, and maintain a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
