About: Ruby Tuesday is a restaurant located at 1440 East Lincoln Highway, seeking a dedicated Restaurant Server/Wait Staff to join their team. The Server will be responsible for providing prompt and friendly food and beverage service to all guests, following the CHARM service model, learning the menu to make recommendations, ensuring accurate order input, delivering food, and maintaining guest satisfaction.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience as a server or wait staff preferred; strong customer service skills; ability to learn menu offerings and make recommendations; proficiency in order input systems; attentive to guest needs and able to maintain a positive dining experience
