About: Ruby Tuesday is a restaurant located at 4150 N. Freeway and is currently seeking a Restaurant Server/Wait Staff to join their team. As a Server at Ruby Tuesday, the role involves providing prompt and friendly food and beverage service to all guests, following the CHARM service model, learning the menu to explain offerings, making recommendations, and suggestively selling to Guests.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a restaurant setting preferred; excellent customer service and communication skills; familiarity with the menu and ability to make recommendations; proficiency in accurately recording orders and using MICROS system; ability to deliver food to guests promptly and provide ongoing service during the dining experience
