About: Racine Country Club is looking for Servers to join their professional hospitality team. Qualified individuals should be friendly, responsible, motivated, and enthusiastic about providing an exceptional dining experience for club members. Availability to work evenings and weekends is required. Nestled amidst lush, meticulously manicured landscapes, Racine Country Club offers a truly picturesque setting and boasts 18 magnificent holes of championship golf.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED preferred; previous experience working in a hospitality or food service environment preferred; ability to take detailed orders and operate a point of sale system accurately; ability to prioritize duties and accomplish multiple tasks simultaneously with a good sense of timing; availability to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to perform physical tasks such as walking, standing, reaching, bending, lifting, and carrying; must be of legal age to serve alcohol; age requirement: 18+.
Benefits: $8.00 per hour + gratuities, paid time off for full-time employees
