Position: Server job

The Server is responsible for taking food and beverage orders, entering orders quickly and in proper sequence, serving food and beverages for guests, coordinating with the kitchen, and providing the highest quality of service to customers. This is a non-exempt position reporting to the Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, or General Manager.
Requirements: Must meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages; Requires at least 6 months of closely related serving experience; Demonstrates the ability to interact in a friendly manner; Ability to lift and/or move up to 20 lbs; Must be able to walk, bend, twist, and stand for job functions; Ability to communicate effectively with customers and coworkers; Willingness to comply with safety and cleanliness standards
