Requirements: Must be able to pass a background check screening; Availability to work a flexible schedule, especially evenings & weekends; 2 years of server experience in a high-end, fast-paced restaurant environment; Passion for food and restaurant operations; Guest-oriented and service-minded; Win together work ethic and ability to lead by example; Ability to adapt and succeed in a fast-paced environment; Previous Silverware POS experience is an asset; Excellent communication and organizational skills; Exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving abilities; Highly responsible and reliable; Able to stand for an 8-10 hour shift; ServSafe Food Handlers & Basset Certificates required; Ability to interpret various instructions; Excellent professional references
