Position: Server job
About: Ruby Tuesday, located at 930 Valkenburgh Street #211, is seeking a Restaurant Server/Wait Staff who will provide prompt and friendly food and beverage service to all guests following the CHARM service model. The Server will learn the menu, explain offerings, make recommendations, and suggestively sell to Guests. Responsibilities include accurately recording orders, delivering food, checking back with guests, providing refills, and prebussing stations.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a restaurant setting preferred; strong knowledge of menu items and ability to make recommendations; efficient and friendly customer service skills; ability to accurately take orders and handle busy service periods
