About: Ruby Tuesday is a restaurant located at 2650 Macdade Blvd. They are currently hiring for the position of Restaurant Server/Wait Staff. As a Server at Ruby Tuesday, the role involves providing prompt and friendly food and beverage service to all guests following the CHARM service model, learning the menu to explain offerings, making recommendations, and suggestively selling to Guests, ensuring accurate order recording and input into the MICROS system, delivering food to guests, checking back with guests, providing refills, and prebus stations. Hiring for this position is immediate.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a restaurant setting preferred; strong knowledge of menu offerings and sales techniques; ability to accurately record orders and use MICROS system; excellent communication and customer service skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment
