Position: Server job
About: IHOP is seeking motivated, team-oriented, and friendly Servers who are dedicated to providing excellent customer service. Candidates will be responsible for greeting customers, taking orders, and ensuring a high-quality dining experience. This role involves standing for up to 8 hours, lifting and moving objects up to 25 pounds, and maintaining full mobility of hands and arms for repetitive tasks. Servers will also perform additional duties as required by supervisors in compliance with company and governmental policies.
