Their menu includes slow-smoked and fire-grilled meats available for dine-in, pick-up, online ordering, catering, and delivery.
Requirements: Minimum Requirements: Able to communicate (speak, read, and write) in English; Legal age in the state to serve alcohol; Authorized to work in the United States. Additional Requirements: Excellent customer service and people skills; In-depth knowledge of food sanitation and safety policies; Strong attention to detail; High energy levels; Ability to work in a team; Excellent verbal communication. Physical Requirements: Able to bend at the waist and lift items up to 50 lbs. to waist level; Able to move items up to 50 lbs. for distances of up to 25 feet; Able to remain standing and active for an 8-12 hour shift; Able to hear, understand, and respond to employees’ and guests’ requests in a loud environment; Able to tolerate exposure to cold and hot temperatures (below 0°F and above 90°F) throughout the shift.
